Lisa has been an integral part of the firm since 2005 and plays a vital role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring an exceptional client experience. As Client Service Specialist, she serves as the primary liaison for clients, managing day-to-day operational matters, tracking, and resolving service requests, and overseeing client events. She also maintains client information within the firm’s wealth management and information systems.
Dedicated to delivering responsive and personalized service, Lisa is known for her genuine care for others and her commitment to supporting clients’ needs. Her attention to detail and client-focused approach reflect Richardson Financial Services, Inc.’s core philosophy of building lasting, meaningful relationships.
Prior to joining Richardson Financial Services, Inc., Lisa founded and operated her own company, Lisa’s VA, where she worked as a Virtual Assistant. Earlier in her career, she served as a Customer Service Representative with Malloy Insurance Agency.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and four grandsons. She also enjoys staying active, doing puzzles, and volunteering in her community.
